Dr. Christine Seebon joined ÂÜÀò”șapp as an adjunct almost two decades ago. She teaches in the business graduate and undergraduate programs and has taught extensively in the marketing program. Christine enjoys teaching both domestically and internationally. She facilitates reflective discussions, manages collaborative classrooms, and provides constructive feedback. With over twenty-five years of business expertise, Christine also brings practical examples and insights into her courses. She provides motivation and positive reinforcement through coaching, accountabilities, and action plans. Christine readily adapts to diverse environments and is culturally sensitive. She also serves as an instructional coach to new university adjuncts.
Christine is forward-thinking and results-oriented, with a strong record of accomplishment. She is a consultant and has held roles as a chief administrative officer, leadership coach, marketing director, business strategist, product manager, and relationship manager. Given this wide array of responsibilities, she has experience forming alliances with colleagues, providing thought leadership with senior leaders, managing large budgets and sales plans, developing business strategy, creating employee engagement initiatives, leading professional development, driving change initiatives, spearheading system integrations, dealing with complex projects, communicating openly, launching and rebranding products, and delivering organizational strategic planning. Christine obtained her Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from ÂÜÀò”șapp, her MBA from the University of Dayton, and her BS from The Ohio State University. She continues her education through professional and academic conferences. Christine has four rescue dogs and enjoys family, travel, kayaking, off-roading, and being athletic.

Martina is actively engaged with the professional organization in the financial service industry. She had served as the President and multiple leadership roles on the Board of Central Ohio FPA. As BDOâs former nonprofit tax partner for the Central region, Annette developed expertise in nonprofit tax matters, providing professional services, conducting research, and delivering presentations on complex tax topics. She has authored articles, including for a national nonprofit publication, and presented for organizations such as The Ohio Society of CPAs and the Ohio CLE Institute.
At ÂÜÀò”șapp, Annette has been honored with multiple awards, including the Undergraduate Robert L. Bailey Teaching Award and the Faculty and Staff Excellence Award. She holds professional affiliations with the OSCPA, ACFE, and VITA. Annette earned a Master of Tax from Capital University, a B.A. from Bowling Green State University, and a certificate in Forensic Accounting from West Virginia University.

Angela Stewart is the Vice President of Human Resources and Diversity Development at Maryhaven. She has been with Maryhaven since 2006 and currently provides executive-level leadership and guidance to Maryhavenâs operations. She is a member of the ADAMH Workforce Development Council and the Chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council at Maryhaven. Angela is responsible for leading Maryhavenâs HR strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, compensation, benefits, employee safety and well-being. In her current role, she actively influences organizational change and is creatively redesigning the approach to attracting and retaining talent.
Prior to working a Maryhaven, Angela served as the Director of Human Resources at North Central Mental Health Services and in administration at Southeastern Public Service Authority in Virginia, and the Ohio EPA. She holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Urbana University and a M.S. degree in Administration degree Central Michigan University. 
Dr. Beth West, DBH, MSW, LISW-S, CNE

Dr. Beth West, DBH, MSW, LISW-S, CNE is the Chief Clinical Officer at Maryhaven, Central Ohioâs largest and most comprehensive behavioral health services provider specializing in addiction recovery. While starting this role in September of 2023, she leads all clinical operations across the entire continuum of care at the agency. Prior to this newly formed role at Maryhaven, Dr. West served as the Chief Operations Officer at Health Partners of Western Ohio. During her time at Health Partners, she led ten fully integrated primary health centers in seven communities, overseeing medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, and OB/Gyn, care to over 50,000 patients in 2022. Dr. West brings over 22 years of behavioral health experience with the last fifteen being in the integrated community healthcare setting. During her time at the health center, she launched two co-location projects with community behavioral health agencies bringing primary care providers and clinical support teams where severely and persistently mentally ill and substance abuse patients already felt comfortable seeking services. Dr. West also serves as a Faculty Associate at Arizona State University in their Doctor of Behavioral Health Program where she assists students in developing strategies to strengthen relationships with other disciplines and enhance integration of behavioral health into internship settings.

Dean is also the author of 11 books, the last titled The Perfect Country: the Traits and Characteristics of a Good and Decent People,and has taught at universities throughout the world for over 20 years, including at the University of Massachusetts and the University of Arizona. He enjoys writing, reading and running, in addition to playing tennis and traveling.

Prior to joining Target, Stephanie spent time at Cardinal Health, Henry Schein, PricewaterhouseCoopers and OCLC.
Stephanie participates in a number of leadership efforts focused on the advancement of the Columbus community, mentorship and diversity in the workplace. Stephanie has also been awarded the 2020 Healthcare Businesswomenâs Association Luminary Award, the 2020 National Diversity Councilâs Top 50 Financial Leaders Award, the Fischer College of Business Project Thrive Alumnus of the Year award and is a graduate of Leadership Columbus.

Margie Pizzuti - Panelist
Marjory Pizzuti served as the president and CEO of Goodwill Columbus for 15 years. For the 10 years prior, Pizzuti was senior vice president of strategic marketing and community development at Nationwide Childrenâs Hospital. Pizzuti also served as CEO of Ohio Professional Electronic Network (OPEN), a subscriber-based, online information company that provides access to government records.
Pizzuti has an extensive background in strategic marketing, communications and public affairs. For five years, she served as director of the Christopher Columbus Quincentennial Jubilee Commission. Prior to that, she directed Ohio Gov. Richard Celesteâs Office of Communications, and served as deputy director of marketing for the Ohio Department of Development, where she was responsible for the stateâs $15 million âOhio the Heart of It Allâ economic development and tourism campaign. Pizzuti also served for 5 years as vice president of public affairs for the Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce.

Unhee Kim is a Healthcare Executive experienced in hospital and system leadership, service line management, and strategic business development. Unhee began her career as a Registered Nurse at University Hospitals of Cleveland with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Akron and advanced in a variety of leadership roles including Vice President of Operations and Nursing. During this time, she obtained her Masters of Business Administration degree from Cleveland State University.
Unhee was fortunate to be referred to Summa Health System in Akron, Ohio where she served in several executive leadership roles such as System Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer. Unhee has been able to combine her passion for patient care and business to advance healthcare improvements and service in Northeast Ohio and Central Ohio. Unhee was further blessed to join Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio in August 2015 as the President of Mount Carmel St. Ann's Hospital. Unhee is now the President of Mount Carmel East Hospital, Level II Trauma flagship hospital.
In addition to her enthusiasm for patient care, she also demonstrates her commitment to communities by serving as Board member for the American Heart Association, Columbus division and member for the Columbus CEO Future 50. Unhee has special interests in women's issues, social justice, and healthcare disparities. She is also blessed with husband, Vince, and son, Ian.
Katina Fullen - Panelist
Executive Director, I Know I Can
Katina Fullen has served as Executive Director of I Know I Can (IKIC) since May of 2006. During her tenure as IKICâs leader, she has led the organization through three strategic planning processes that have resulted in the largest expansion of programming and staff in the organizationâs 34-year history. Most notably, in 2015, Katina successfully championed a vision to collaborate with Columbus City Schools (CCS) and place one full-time college advising manager in each of the districtâs high schools, setting a bold goal of increasing Columbusâ college enrollment rate by 20%. Under her leadership and guidance, the College Advising Expansion, a $5M shared investment among IKIC and CCS, is now starting its seventh year of implementation. In 2018, I Know I Can expanded into two new school districts, Whitehall City Schools and South-Western City School District, through a partnership with Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services. This past fall, I Know I Can served as a lead partner in the creation of The Columbus Promise, a 3-year, $9.5M pilot in partnership with the City of Columbus (City Council and Mayorâs Office), CCS, and Columbus State Community College to provide a tuition-free education to high school graduates. Katinaâs efforts and passion for ensuring central Ohio students graduate high school prepared for college and career, have garnered I Know I Can national recognition as a benchmarking organization with the National College Attainment Network, a past participant in First Lady Michelle Obamaâs Reach Higher Initiative, and a Kresge Foundation Award of Excellence recipient.
Before I Know I Can, Katina served as Director of Development and then Executive Director for Project GRAD Columbus from 2004-2006. Katina was with United Way of Central Ohio and the United Way of America from 1999-2004. There she served as Special Assistant to Campaign Chair, Director of Major Gifts, and Assistant Vice President. She was a volunteer in IKICâs Early Awareness Program, an Ohio College Access Network board member, a member of Capital University Presidentâs Advisory Board, and also served as a team member for Habitat for Humanity in Ghana, Africa. Katina received a bachelorâs degree in Education from Capital University and a law degree from Capital University Law School, concentrating on governmental affairs and legislation.

Karen has certifications in leadership development (DDI), unconscious bias, and disability etiquette and awareness. She has been a featured speaker at national and local conferences on topics ranging from Women in Leadership to People with Disabilities.
Karen continues to mentor women in college and young female professionals. She is extremely active in the community and holds leadership roles in many organizations including Dress for Success, Jazz Arts Group-Columbus and Women for Economic and Leadership Development (WELD). She is married to the love of her life and has an adult son, a fabulous daughter-in-law and two grandsons.

Carole Watkins
Carole Watkins is a Franklin alum, having received her Bachelors of Science in Business. She retired as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Cardinal Health in 2016, where she worked for 20 years. Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Carole had over 20 years of human resources experience with other Central Ohio based companies including The Limited, O. M. Scott & Sons, Lazarus and Huntington Bank. Ms. Watkins currently serves on the board of Delta Dental of Ohio, Delta Dental of Kentucky and Renaissance Health Services. In addition, she serves on the Board of Flying Horse Farms (past Chair), and the global Serious Fun Childrenâs Network, both serving children with serious illnesses and their families. Previously she served on the Action for Children Board (Past President), the Childhood League Center board, the Executive Leadership team for the Go Red Luncheon, and the American Heart Associationâs Great Rivers Affiliate Leadership Development Committee. She currently serves as Chair of the Human Resources Committee and serves as a member on the Academic/Student Committee.
Alyncia Bowen, Ph.D.
Dr. Alyncia Bowen earned her doctorate in Organization and Management from Capella University, MSA in Health Care Administration from Central Michigan University and Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from Capital University. She currently serves as Dean of the Ross College of Business, Chair of the Doctorate in Healthcare Administration Program, Director of the Global Center of Healthcare Education. Dr. Bowen serves as faculty advisor and or instructor for the DHA, DBA, DPS, and EdD programs. Dr. Bowen teaches domestically and globally for the University. While at ÂÜÀò”șapp she was instrumental in the development and launch of Ohio National University, a division of ÂÜÀò”șapp. She also served as Dean of Doctoral Studies and the School of Nursing, Department Chair, Program Chair and Lead Faculty. Dr. Bowen has also served as an instructor for Mount Carmel College of Nursing where she taught and developed curriculum for their Healthcare Systems, Policy and Economics course. She has served as a guest lecturer on the topics of research and project management. In addition to education Dr. Bowen has worked in healthcare for over 23 years and has held several leadership and operations management positions. She is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, has completed 11 projects, and has trained several Green Belts. Dr. Bowen enjoys presenting and has presented on the following topics: Developing and Sustaining a Community of Practice, Creating a Culture of Learning, Building, Developing and Implementing Best Practices in a Multi-generational Educational Environment, Cultural Competence, Transformational Teaching and Transnational Education. She currently serves on the Community Board at COSI, Quality Board for Ohio Living and Board of Directors for IACBE.
Cathy King
Cathy King is an experienced sales leader with a diverse background in healthcare and hospitality. Cathy began her 25-year career with Cardinal Health in Buffalo, NY where she held a variety of roles including operations, purchasing, IT, customer service, and sales. Cathyâs final role at Cardinal Health was VP of Sales, responsible for the HealthTrust group purchasing organization and $3 billion worth of sales. Eager to take on new challenges, she left Cardinal Health to pursue a role with The Wasserstrom Company as the Executive Vice President of sales, marketing, ecommerce and their retail stores. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing and an MBA with a concentration in Leadership. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Cathy has served on various philanthropic Boards including The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, Dress for Success, Best Buddies, and The North Market.

Annette Hoelzer
Lead Faculty, Forensic Accounting and Business Forensics
Annette Hoelzer retired as a partner in the Tax practice at BDOâs Columbus office in 2017 and had been in public accounting since 1985. She is currently a Lead Faculty at ÂÜÀò”șapp, leading and instructing various forensic accounting and tax courses. Annette is experienced in tax matters of nonprofit organizations, where she oversaw the professional services for the region and regularly conducted extensive research on issues affecting nonprofits. During her career, she frequently wrote articles, including as a ghost writer for a national nonprofit publication, as well as delivering presentations on various tax topics. Annette has presented tax seminars for The Ohio society of CPAâs, Ohio CLE Institute and various other organizations. Annette graduated with a Master of Tax from Capital University and with a B.A. from Bowling Green State University. In her role as a professor of tax at ÂÜÀò”șapp, Annette has been honored with the Undergraduate Robert L. Bailey Teaching Award, the 2020-2021 Faculty and Staff Excellence Award through the Southwestern Ohio Council for Higher Education, and the Core Value of Learning award from ÂÜÀò”șapp.
Bruce Ramsey
Program Chair, Marketing
Professor Bruce Ramsey serves as the Chair of the Undergraduate Marketing Program of ÂÜÀò”șapp. He holds Masterâs degrees in Communications and Business Administration from Indiana University and Ohio University respectively. His primary academic interest is in the ideation and implementation of innovative marketing, business, and communication tactics. He has been a Director of Marketing, developed intensive management training seminars, authored websites, produced instructional videotapes, and provided marketing consulting services.
Elisha Teague
Assistant Director, Learning Resources
Elisha Teague has over 15 years of higher education experience in the area of student academic support and teaching. She currently serves as the Assistant Director, Learning Resources at ÂÜÀò”șappâs Learning Commons, where her goal is to empower students to become independent learners. In her role, she is responsible for the planning and implementation of Franklinâs academic support programs. In addition to her position in the Learning Commons, Elisha also serves as Lead Faculty for the Professional Foundations course and is Chair of the Faculty Development Committee. She is a passionate educator, who believes academic success starts with developing an academic toolbox.
Elishaâs holds a MA in Education with a concentration in Reading, Literacy, and Literature and BA in Theatre from The Ohio State University.
Brandy Bagar-Fraley, Ph.D.
Manager, Faculty Development and Support
Dr. Brandy Bagar-Fraley is Manager of Faculty Development & Support, as well as full-time faculty, at ÂÜÀò”șapp. Currently, she administers and oversees the ÂÜÀò”șapp faculty development programs at the Center for Teaching Excellence, offers instructional quality support for select external global partnerships, and teaches both Faculty Development and doctoral and undergraduate English courses at the University. Dr. Bagar-Fraley received her Ph.D. from Ohio University in 2010.

JoAnna Williamson, Ph.D., JD
Department Chair, Management and Marketing
Dr. JoAnna Williamson, has four decades of experience in creating individual marketing and strategic communication plans for organizations and individuals. Dr. Williamson holds a Ph.D. in mass communication from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Capital University Law School, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from The Ohio State University. Dr. Williamson has achieved executive-level stature and results in the corporate, non-profit, academic, entrepreneurial, media and legal sectors. Dr. Williamson transitioned into academia to pursue her passion for scholarship, teaching and learning. She is currently Chair of the Department of Marketing and Management, Chair of the MS in Marketing & Communication Program, and lead faculty for the MBA and DBA marketing specialties in the Ross College of Business at ÂÜÀò”șapp.
Janine Moon
Janine Moon has more than 20 years of executive and management level experience in various business environments, as well as considerable experience in executive and leadership development coaching, career coaching and peer advisory groups. Janine works with leaders who want to improve their presence and effectiveness in order to increase employee commitment and business results.
She is one of five Master Certified Career Coaches in the country and has additionally earned a Certified Executive Coach credential. In addition to organization coaching and consulting, Janine teaches in the graduate and undergraduate psychology programs at ÂÜÀò”șapp and has published two books: Career Ownership and Career Partnering.
Her most recent endeavor, Womenâs Political Leadership Circles, a peer group resource for progressive women running for elected office, assists women candidates in more confidently maneuvering through the male campaign model.
A runner for over 40 years and an RYT 200-certified yoga instructor, Janine continues to explore how human energy sources impact business and personal contribution and satisfaction. Work WellbeingTMis an outgrowth of that exploration.
Vickie Thompson
Coming from a family that taught possibility rather than limitation, Vickie Thompson-Sandy has built a career in health and human services and quickly ascended to leadership roles within the not-for-profit sector.
In May 2019, Vickie relocated to central Ohio to lead The Buckeye Ranch, as the organizationâs first female president and CEO. The Buckeye Ranch is a not-for-profit organization treating children who have experienced trauma and have behavioral health challenges. The Buckeye Ranch has a robust continuum of services centered on three areas of focus â child welfare, behavioral health and educational services. With multiple locations across Ohio, the agency serves almost 5,000 children annually through community-based services, day treatment, transitional-aged youth, child welfare services to kinship and foster care services, and residential treatment.
Vickieâs personal mission is to empower professionals to see the strengths of all families and the positive impact that family and community has on healing. Her goal for the agency is to partner with children and families to figure out how they can overcome whatever obstacles are in their path. Children (in families) thrive when they are safe, loved, and supported in their journey of healing.â
She researches and commissions innovative ways the global community of leaders can be together when physically apart, exploring what it means to be human whilst digital. Previously she was Creative Director of Magic Leapâs digital human Mica, where she oversaw the creative and ethical direction of the pioneering digital human who, under her direction, used art and culture to engender positive ways for society to relate to embodied AI. Through this work she explored whether it is possible for embodied AI to champion gender equality.
As Founder of Herstory, Alice has creatively activated womenâs history for some of the worldâs leading brands and institutions. Driven by developing virtual experiences that do not compromise the humanity of the user, she says she is looking with hope to a future where technology enables everybody to reach their full potential and creates a fairer and more inclusive society.
